Lucky 8 Vapes offers same-day delivery within a 15 km radius of its Richmond and Cambie locations, with postal code guidelines available to check eligibility. Delivery fees range from $5 to $20 based on distance and order value, with free delivery on orders over $100 within 5 km.

Orders must be fulfilled before 3 pm PST to qualify for same-day delivery. Recipients must be 19+ and provide valid ID upon delivery; failure to meet age requirements incurs a 50% restocking fee and non-refundable delivery fees. Missed deliveries are refunded minus delivery costs or can be picked up to avoid penalties.

Orders include SMS tracking updates, and while delays may occur, customer support is available for assistance. Lucky 8 Vapes is not responsible for delays after orders leave their premises.

Return Policy

We offer a warranty policy with returns handled on a case-by-case basis. Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days for store credit, with the customer responsible for shipping costs. Refunds are typically not accepted for e-juices unless due to an error by the company. Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

The warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic issues. Defective items, such as those with LED display or charging port issues, may be covered. Returns incur a restocking fee, and all refunds are issued as store credit. Out-of-stock items will be refunded directly to the customer’s card.
