Shipping Policy

We ship exclusively within Canada and require customers to be of legal age, verified through Canada Post's ID and signature verification upon delivery. Orders placed before 9 am PST are shipped the same day, with free shipping offered on orders over $100 CAD. Orders under $100 incur a flat rate fee.

Customers must ensure accurate address details, as incomplete addresses will result in order cancellations. Lost or delayed packages are handled by Canada Post, and customers are encouraged to file claims directly with them. Returns due to incorrect addresses incur a 20% restocking fee.

Same Day Delivery

Lucky 8 Vapes offers same-day delivery within a 15 km radius of its Richmond and Cambie locations, with postal code guidelines available to check eligibility. Delivery fees range from $5 to $20 based on distance and order value, with free delivery on orders over $100 within 5 km.

Orders must be fulfilled before 3 pm PST to qualify for same-day delivery. Recipients must be 19+ and provide valid ID upon delivery; failure to meet age requirements incurs a 50% restocking fee and non-refundable delivery fees. Missed deliveries are refunded minus delivery costs or can be picked up to avoid penalties.

Orders include SMS tracking updates, and while delays may occur, customer support is available for assistance. Lucky 8 Vapes is not responsible for delays after orders leave their premises.

Return Policy

We offer a warranty policy with returns handled on a case-by-case basis. Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days for store credit, with the customer responsible for shipping costs. Refunds are typically not accepted for e-juices unless due to an error by the company. Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

The warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic issues. Defective items, such as those with LED display or charging port issues, may be covered. Returns incur a restocking fee, and all refunds are issued as store credit. Out-of-stock items will be refunded directly to the customer’s card.

Pretty damn good vape

I’ve always thought of the Vaporesso’s as more reliable than my previous vapes, I had the boxed one for a while, but I unfortunately lost it and had to come back to the store to get a new one and I stumbled upon this vape, it had a nice colour, a subtle and cool design and was a vaporesso, so I went for it. I am very happy with my decision, it works great. Does pretty quickly but that’s not too much of a problem and I was told that before hand. It prolly has 75% of the battery power as the other one. But I do once in a while get annoyed how long the vape is, since when laying down, it’s easier for the vape to tip to a point where one side of the coil is showing, that’s if I have less than half the pod filled. That was actually how I burnt my first pod within days of purchasing it. But other than that, the vape is almost perfect. Would prolly still recommend. Especially since I have grown very fond of the vaporessos, a feeling that was acquired, as I was sceptical when I bought my very first one. But now I love them, but I will prolly buy a boxed vaporesso next time I get one. 🫶🏽🫶🏽
